Signal Engineering’s OmniSat is an advanced Data Collection Platform Transmitter certified for operation on GOES, METEOSAT (MSG), GMS/MTSAT and INSAT Meteorological Satellites. For GOES users it provides a smooth transition from the  100 BPS operation to the NESDIS implemented higher data rates at 300 and 1200 BPS. The Transmitter supports Timed and Random Reporting protocols.

OmniSat is a modern digital waveform synthesizer using the latest digital and analog ASIC and MMIC circuitry.  This gives the OmniSat transmitter high reliability and assures the user of a long service life and supportability.  Its very low current consumption while in the idle mode between transmissions places less demands on battery powered systems installed in remote locations.
